Leg 1:  Leg distance 0.3 mile(s)   Start of leg GR: SN637634
From the small parking area adjoining the B3453 rstraight oad go through the gate and walk the 600 yards down the track to the larger car park with information boards at the far end. Pllease note that dogs are not allowed in the Reserve.

Alongside the information board you will see a grassy path, Follow this path for 200 yards until you arrive at a notice showing the one way system to follow.

Leg 3:  Leg distance 0.5 mile(s)   Start of leg GR: SN632921
Turn right to follow the path around for half a mile until you arrive back at this point at the start of the oneway system. The route takes you through willow shrub areas and gives views of the open bog areas and pools. Botanists and birdwatchers will find this an interesting area. Watch out for the information post asking you to take a photo for sending to Natural Resources Wales to help them assess habitat change.

Now return to your start point, either the small parking area adjoining the B4353 or the earlier larger car park at the end of this grassy path and boardwalk.
